meditations....
The holiday season is upon us, and for most of us things are already going crazy as it is, and the holiday season tends to add a whole lot more! I am in a place of mind a little scattered lately, I have quite a few projects going on at the moment. And the biggest message that keeps being sent to me, is to breathe, to slow down, and to focus and calmy accomplish each and every project I am working on. Without your health, it is difficult to accomplish a lot, without sacrificing yourself. This season I got sick for the first time in years! And I have to tell myself, that I need to spend a little more time with my health. I like to share this right now, because it is fresh on my mind, and I feel compelled to share with any who cares to listen. :)
As I was sitting on the computer today, listening to music for some upcoming projects, (its a surprise, but I look forward to sharing with you what I have been working on) and then all of sudden one of my meditations comes on. Wow, did I need this. Now, it may not be the type of meditation that works for you, trust me, I understand that we all listen to different messages, and that one does not apply to all, but for the sake of this blog, and for the sake of my journey, I really want to share.
Back when I was a massage therapist, I was fascinated with the body, with help, and with preventative health self care. As a woman, I really tuned into my inner self, and really started to concentrate on my uterus. You see, if you are like me, I have had some issues with her, and have wanted to understand and get to the bottom of it. Massage and health was a path for me to discover this. I learned an amazing technique through a workshop, and still to this day, it is a part of who I am today. Maya Abdominal Massage. I am truly grateful for all of the adventures that this course has taught me.
Today my meditation of the uterus came to play, and I tell you it could not have come at the most perfect time. When I start getting running a little too much, get a little scattered in the mind, it helps for me to focus on whats really important, and that is my health. Especially seeing how I am 32, I really have to make it a priority. As I start to get older, I want to stay looking young, and be ready for pictures and life until the day I'm gone. And to accomplish this, it really takes focus in the present time. I am thankful for the beat of the drums that are in my headphones right now as I am reading this. The information is beautiful, and I want to leave some of this for those of you who are interested, to discover it on your time. Take a look at the website, make sure you see all of the things they have to offer, and just so you know, the three day workshop I did, is for any woman. You don't have to be a therapist of any kind, you can just be a woman who cares about being a woman.
I am taking off now, to go listen again, where I can let the information sink in just a little bit more. I look forward to returning soon, to complete many of the magical projects that I have going, but for now, it is me time.
At anytime, if you have any questions, feel free to ask anytime. I love to share the knowledge that I have learned. It helps keep it fresh in my mind, and fresh in my heart. I welcome you at anytime to ask.
