if you are in the reno area this weekend, there are so many fun adventures to be had.
Tonight, Drinking with Clowns are frolicking with the Bohemian Burlesque at the Underground
Saturday night, the big Yuris night at Club Bliss and Studio on 4th: a big local burner supported event: Launch off into space burner style!
Saturday night! Support the rainbow! bohocrush will be attending this fabulous fashion show, and we hope that many of you will come support it as well! I am going to be having so much fun with the tranny's! I love them!!!!! Watch out ladies! Here I come! ;)

Many moons ago, I bartended at a local sports bar in Reno, Bully's. It was a very fun time in my life. I enjoyed the challenges, and the many people that I met. The hardest part about the bar was the smoke. It's so tough on employees who don't smoke. It made me feel like I was on another planet. But it was a great time, made decent disposable cash, and for the most part was a very informative way to learn about many different types of people. I really learned how to talk to anybody. Great lessons in life I credit bartending too.
Well, tomorrow, I start training at our friend's bar, the Amendment 21 Nate is a really cool cat, and he is a burner, so it will be a great place to work. Best of all, new laws in reno passed, any restaraunt cannot have smoking!!! yahoooo, I am so happy about this. I'll have the opportunity to earn some cash so we can get some new equipment, for the website, and even better have a great chance to meet a lot of really cool people. I love people, I love talking to them, and I love learning about who they are and what they do. The great thing about local bars, is that they are frequently visited by many of its patrons. A great opportunity to really get to know a lot of people. I love it!!!
It's a really techy bar too. You can work on your laptop on the large plasma screens!! They have wireless keyboards available. How cool is that! Even though I won't be pulling up our website on it, hmmm, unless of course some night while I'm bartending we study the human art form, he he, but I think it would be a great opportunity for people to get more uses out of a space. I think it was a great move by Nate and his business partner Mike. You know how all of us kids roll these days, never far from needing to check the computer!! Communication, entertainment, internet and socialization are taking on an entirely new level. Now only if I could get him to serve fresh made organic juices! hmmmm......you never know unless you ask...............and I do believe anything is possible!

So many of you may or may not know how much we love Halcyon!! I remember watching in awe as he rode across the playa the first year shone and I attended burning man together. He was this amazing vision of PINK!! His bike, his clothes, the boot covers, it was the most beautiful vision ever.
These days I follow him on Twitter, read his blogs, and do my best to keep up on his videos on you tube or veoh! I'm not really a stalker. Well, maybe on the internet, ;).........And now, the package has doubled. The beautiful and sensational Ashely Steel from SendAshleytocollege.com is by his side! They make an adorable, sexy, and wonderful couple. We are hoping they make it to Lightning in a bottle, I was writing back and forth with Ashley, and she said they are going to try and make it, and if not, I know we will find them on the playa.
We know that the future holds a lot of fun and magical adventures, and we are excited to see what it has in store for us all.

I love the warm weather in the air, it makes it possible for shone and I to return to a favorite past time of ours. After we wake up in the morning, (well it's our morning anyways) we love to sit out on the front porch, brainstorm, and talk about creative ideas. This is a time when we really drift off, and day dream into the future. I love this time of our day. Today we sat and talked about one of our goals in the future. And that is of having a sustaining, and creative way of living and navigating this world. Shone is always researching on the computer, and finding fun, and unique ways of living. He told me about a pirate ship that he had found, and we spent the next hour talking about how much fun it would be to travel the world all by sailing, that way there are no toxic gases pumped into the oceans. Sail for a couple of weeks, and then be on land for a few months. I love his ideas, and if anybody knows him really well, knows that when he puts his mind up to something, it always happens. I have to admit, the "routine" and "structure" of life, is not really our way. We like to have fun, and enjoy every single moment and second of our existence, and I would say that the idea of waking up and working or sailing and getting to your destination, would truly be one magical adventure.

Our dear magical friends Steve and Ryan over at Champagne and Bacon, a magical event promoter in the reno/tahoe area, invited us to come along, take pictures, and play at Club Bliss. Last week Kaycee and I went to the Grand Opening of Bodies by Brenda. It was so much fun! I think I am really curious about learning some tricks on the pole after that day! It was so great walking in and seeing so many familiar faces. Chelsea, Howard, Ana, and Scott, were already there when we showed up. Chelsea and Ana are pictured here on the silks. They are amazing, graceful, beautiful, and wonderful!!!! Kaycee joined in to learn some of the techniques that day, I wore the wrong pants, NEXT time I will be more prepared!!! If any of you have ever had the opportunity to meet Ian or Brenda, you will instantly get a smile on your face. They always make you smile, laugh, and are always so kind, and so hilarious! The first night we met them, was at Kaycee's birthday party, and Ian was wearing one of Brenda's jean skirts!!!! We look forward to spending more time with Brenda, and her studio, we are going to be having weekly burlesque practices there!! Thank you Brenda so much!!!!
