I came across Green Eggs and Planet today, and stopped in for a look-see. I liked the happiness of this blog, and I really liked all of the great information that is presented. I like to share blogs like these, because wether it's something new, or you already enjoy this, it's always great to see and learn about ways to help the planet. It's pretty obvious now that our planet needs our help. The same reason why many times people get cancers, lack of health, circulation, and poor eating and living habits, is the same thing that is being transferred onto the planet. It's time we all stop the resistance, and instead just find small little ways everyday, that help us help the planet. We need her, don't you all agree. Without her, where would you live? Do you think there is a big group of people out there making sure to have a place to live for you, like most of your parents have. Please rethink that option. If left into your own hands, what would you do? What connection do you have to the environment, to the planet? Are you in love with her, are you in angst with her, do you take it out on her? Remember, she is here for you, but it takes a mutual understanding to flourish. And first and foremost she needs to take care of the plants and the animals that balance out the means and ends that we all need to exist. If you have some cool things to share with us all on ways that you stay connected and help out the planet, please share. Would love to learn. And I leave you with this, ever see the new series out, Planet Earth, if you need some inspiration, and time to reconnect and can't get back in nature, I strongly recommend watching. Sit back, eat some healthy organic fruit, drink lots of water, and think love, peace, and enjoy the world around you.
We put Random Rab on the ipod, and enjoyed these videos of him. He is amazing, and we hope he will be returning this year? The Riddle first grabbed my attention, and when the video was released, I was all a tingle, ;) the first minute is silent on purpose, so don't worry about adjusting the dial. Just sit back, and enjoy.

Todays POTD came from The How Weired Street Faire in SF, CA 2007, check the website for 2008 dates: we had tons of fun! While we were in the city I actually got kicked out of Raley's for being "naked", and I could hardly believe it. I was wearing what you see in the pictures below. In the left Alissa and I with Tory, from ,The Mythbusters, and then we had a little water fight, it was a hot day, and it felt so good. You can view the rest of the event at....you guessed it bohocrush.
and last but certainly not least, Lightning in a Bottle, down near Santa Barbara, CA: these goddesses were such a pleasure to watch, so talented, and so magical. This was by far the best event of 2007! We are gathering a troop this year to go down with us. The new dates have been posted, make sure you view the link, and learn more about this amazing green festival.
Last night while shone and I were watching the sunday night football game, patriots vs colts, I saw advertisement for NBC being green all week. I really think this is such a cool thing. I was curious to see how it would all happen. Tonight we watched heroes. Love that show! and I have to say that they had some cool approaches. First of all, Heroes started with the actors doing a pre show plant a tree clip, talking about ways to show how you can reduce carbon emissions. Throughout the show tonight, I saw three websites advertised:
1. green is universal
2. ecomagination
3. earth 911
About halfway through the show they had a little shout out with earth911 and that you could find out where to recycle your computer.
All in all I thought that it was a great idea. It's tough and unrealistic to get people to make big changes, but that's what's so beautiful about a lot of people making little changes, because it adds up quickly. Devoting a week, and changing the logo to green, to help create awareness....I applaud them.
I really looked forward to the commercials tonight, I felt like I was watching the superbowl! he he
